Refund policy
Try JDX Audio first: the 14-day trial has every feature. If a licence still does not suit, the terms below apply.
Change of mind
Ask within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, for any reason. The licence is withdrawn when the refund is made, and JDX Audio returns to its trial state on that computer.
Faults
If JDX Audio has a fault that we cannot fix, you are entitled to a remedy under consumer law at any time, not only in the first 14 days.
- In New Zealand, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies to purchases for personal or household use.
- In Australia, the consumer guarantees in the Australian Consumer Law apply. For a major failure, you can choose a refund or a replacement.
- Elsewhere, the consumer law of your country applies where it cannot be excluded.
Nothing in this policy or in the licence agreement takes away rights that the law does not allow to be excluded.
How to ask
Email orders@jdxaudio.com from the account address, with the Paddle order number from the receipt. Refunds are paid by Paddle to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Who sells the licence
Paddle.com is the reseller and Merchant of Record for every order, and takes the payment. Paddle's buyer terms also apply. JDX Audio is made by JDX Security Limited (NZBN 9463901), Wellington, New Zealand.
